« There was a huge snow storm last weekend we live 2 hours away and did not want to get stuck so we left early. Asked if we could move dates or get reimbursed and the answer was no. Then tried to make the best of it and asked if we couuld get in 1 hour early and was charged another 25 .. huge disappointment for a small vacation we were trying to have! »

« Photos didn't do this space justice! It was clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and very nice! We enjoyed the hot tub and the views. The only recommendation we have is to upgrade the bedding, including adding more (and new) sleeping pillows, which would bring this over 5 stars. »
