Before you even step inside, the front deck invites you to settle in with a sectional and propane fire pit - the perfect spot to relax with a drink or wind down after a day of exploring. From the moment you step inside, it’s clear this isn’t your average townhome. Fun design, multiple gathering spaces, and thoughtful touches throughout create a stay that feels playful, comfortable, and designed for actually spending time together. The Interior Experience Inside, Radford Retreat feels colorful, comfortable, and intentionally designed. The main living room features a funky music-inspired theme that gives the home plenty of personality while still providing a cozy place to relax, watch TV, or spend time together. The home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and features three private bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa in the open loft, making it ideal for families, friends, couples traveling together, or Radford University visits. With three full bathrooms spread throughout the home, groups have plenty of space to get ready without feeling crowded. The upstairs king bedroom offers a more peaceful, nature-inspired retreat with its own private balcony, while the lower level brings the fun with a game room, arcade game, multi-game foosball table, TV lounge, and snack bar.
