With its beautiful medieval tower set up as a wine bar, the villa offers spectacular views across the countryside and vineyards of Chianti. From here, Florence and Siena are within easy driving distance, making this the perfect place for discovering this beautiful area of Tuscany. Your stay in the villa can be made even more memorable with cooking lessons, organized by the staff in the professional kitchen. The nearest village is Radda at only 1.5 km.

The villa develops over two levels.

On the first floor, we have the living room furnished with sofas, fireplace, and a dining table for 8, as well as large French doors with direct access to the outside. The separate kitchen is furnished with professional equipment and a kitchen island, perfect for cooking Italian meals. From the kitchen area you have direct access to the terrace furnished with table and chairs for al-fresco meals. There is a guest bathroom with toilet and sink and a studio room with a single sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower, TV and safe.

On the lower level, we have a gym with weights, bicycle, yoga equipment and TV. The villa also offers a wellness “centre” with Turkish bath, sauna and shower. On this level there is also another separate bathroom with shower and sink. The sleeping area on this level consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower.

PLEASE NOTE: The double bedrooms cannot be converted into singles.

Outside, surrounded by splendid countryside views in a fenced garden, the villa offers a heated private swimming pool (12x5m; 1.4-2m deep; open from May to September; salt depuration) equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas. By the pool, we have a covered gazebo with table and chairs, as well as a playground for children.

One of the main attractions of the villa is its Medieval tower, which was converted into a wine bar where guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The owners of the villa produce very good wine and offer the possibility of wine-tasting and visits to the winery, as well as a welcome dinner family style dinner cooked by chef with one assistant).
