« We were very disappointed with the response or lack of, to issues. On arrival the oven did not work. We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks. We were there 3 weeks with no access to an oven. As well, the listing indicated dishwasher, smoke detector and carbon...

« The condo was conveniently located and safe. It would have been nice to have a place to rinse off the sand before entering the unit. Also it would have been appreciated to have had more towels and wash cloths. « We have nothing but good things to say about this Vrbo! The location was perfect, right on Jaco beach and within very short walking distance of several restaurants. The condo itself was immaculate and very nicely decorated. The AC worked like a charm, which was desperately needed when we came home at the end of the day! And the pool was very refreshing after a long day as well. Communication with the property manager was prompt and thorough and made the process very easy. Highly recommend! »

« Overall good property, however Appliances were definitely on the lower quality end of the spectrum. Water took forever to boil on the stove. Water pressure was terrible in the master shower. Location was good and security on the property was very reareassuring. »

« The condo listing is accurate, the place is clean and has nice air conditioning. The beds are hard. Overall happy with the condo. Every community in the resort is gated so you can only go to your own condo community. The beach club pool was nice, but the bar tenders were not so great, watched them continuously ignore family members. The Marriott is in the gated community, but you have to be a guest to use their pool. Ate at the Hook Up multiple evenings, that is where we had the best service....
