'Two hours late being allowed into property due to it being cleaned. Upon arrival the property was disgusting and not inviting. Used band aide on the floor, dirty paper towels on holder, bottle caps left on the floor, dirty washcloth left in shower, hairs in the shower and soap dish, layers of dust on vents, and floor boards, dust and debris. 'We had a great 3 nights of vacation at this property. My 5yr old daughter had a blast enjoying the lazy river and the warm pool, and so did I! It was great to have the pool set in a natural setting under trees, etc - beautiful experience. The lagoon was great too. I liked that they put together so many activities, especially for kids, and shared an itinerary of events for the whole week - it made it so much easier for us to plan our days. 'Cute cute cute! Everything was so perfect for us. My husband banged his head a couple of times but hes 6' and im 5'. We had such a relaxing time. Its really just what we needed. Cozy, intimate and quiet. Perfect spot, cant wait to be back. '
