'Voor de prijs een prima locatie en schone kamers. Bed en badkamer waren prima. We hebben er geen ontbijt gegeten. Ik betaalde iets extra voor uitzicht op de rivier, maar dat geld had ik me kunnen besparen. Van uitzicht was geen sprake. Verder is het gebouw erg gehorig. Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. '

'The hotel is located in a rundown area, and the photos don't accurately reflect what you actually get. My daughter did not feel safe staying there, so I asked if we could move to their sister hotel and offered to pay any difference in price. Despite both properties being owned by the same company, they declined to accommodate the request. I found that response disappointing and felt it reflected poor customer service. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.'

'Its a motel. But a nicer version of a motel. I dislike the thin walls and how noisy it can get. The free breakfast was amazing. Not sure if the entertainment tac can be waived for the two drinks per night bc what if people don't drink? Otherwise its a safe, fun place to stay. Very central.'

'This experience was 10/10!! We will be staying again next time we need a hotel in that area. The best parts were the pool/hot tub actually being warm/hot & the breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were helpful and friendly. We loved having access to coffee in the lobby at all hours and the parking was very easy.'

'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...

'Checked in past midnight and the room was so comfortable and the showers actually have HOT showers! 😍 Front desk ladies were kind, and so wonderful and special tha ks to Thoko at the front desk helped to coordinate a late check out so we could get some good rest in. Breakfast was... not so great. Just frozen breakfast sandwiches you can heat up in the microwave, cereal, waffles, and bagels/toast. The fruit was kind of sad looking, and there were no sugar alternative options at all. No sugar...

'The "street side" of the property was very loud with street noise (cars, motorcycles, etc..). My wife had a hard time sleeping until about 2:30 am. The staff were very nice and the beds were great!'

'AVOID at all costs! Worst experience ever at any hotel, and I have stayed in more than I can remember. Booked two rooms thru Expedia weeks in advance. When my travel companion and I got there, they told me I had only booked one room. I argued to no avail, and they told me the hotel was full. My companion had to go book another room that I drove him to, then I had to back to this place. The WORST part was at checkout. 'Stayed to go to concert at Gesa Pavilion. Was a nice little walk, close to lots of things. We enjoyed. Our room was a little loud because we were next to the stairs but wasn’t too bad.'
