'This stay was a total surprise as the hotel was a gem. Great location and rooms and everything worked. The best part of the stay were the staff who were so focused on first class customer service. From the time of check-in to check-out we could not have asked for more. The welcome and conversation were warm and genuine and when we mentioned we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary to receive a bottle of wine unexpectedly was just the best. 'Voor de prijs een prima locatie en schone kamers. Bed en badkamer waren prima. We hebben er geen ontbijt gegeten. Ik betaalde iets extra voor uitzicht op de rivier, maar dat geld had ik me kunnen besparen. Van uitzicht was geen sprake. Verder is het gebouw erg gehorig. Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. '

'I had such an amazing stay at Hotel Indigo! From the moment we arrived, everything was on point. Our room was perfect size for us, super comfortable and cozy. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. They also offer valet parking, which was such a nice and convenient touch. 'The staff are unprofessional and never answer the phone. Zero amenities. No hair dryer, no coffee pot, no microwave.shower curtain stained, sheets stained. Homeless drug user sleeping in parking lot. Lots of local people reside at this hotel.'
