Also the last time I stayed here before this one I forgot my insulin bag and they tried to contact me letting me know they had it. At check-in they gave it to me. 'Excellent location and price! I was confused about the difference for Motel 6 and Studio 6 as it was my first time booking a Studio 6 room, BUT I will say I was pleasantly surprised. The room was modern looking and very spacious! It was a clean room and the TV had some good channels. The only downside is that there was no shampoo or conditioner.'

'It’s located in the middle of nowhere next to a bunch of hospitals. If you book through a 3rd party, the hotel charges you $10 a day for parking. It was 90 degrees outside and felt like 75 degrees in the hotel, and 80 with humidity in the hallway. Refrigerator didn’t work, all our food spoiled, the charging station near the bed didn’t fully function, can’t stream on TV without fire stick, did not use the pool or the fitness center so can’t comment on that. A/C worked like a shaker 1980s machine....

'The only reason I didn't rate Carter as a 5 out of 5 was because of two things: 1) expectations weren't set correctly - the pictures are misleading (there's no evening dinner options on site) and the walkable distances were misleading (we were advised by staff to not walk anywhere); 2) the staff didn't proactively offer useful information (e.g., there's a free shuttle to their sister winery that has a dinner restaurant, spa, and wine tastings or the fact that hotel guests receive a wine tasting...

'The hotel was good but the pool was dirty and had trash on the floor. But besides that it was fine.'

'Now this definitely isn’t a 5 star resort. But if it’s 12 am and you need somewhere to sleep. The staff will be there ready for you and smiling. The room was clean. Bed was clean and comfy. Tv had Netflix. Shower was hot with bar soap. And the ac cold. And the parking lot was clear of any strange people, with a Wendy’s right next door for late night food.'

'This was a terrible choice to stay at this motel, the room smelled real bad of cigarette , I had booked for a none smoking room, when we check in the room was nasty smelly that the accommodated me with another room and it smelled the same way but it was to mate to look for another room so w just put the AC on full blast to cut the smell down, the floor was dirty like they never mopped, and the towels a bed spread look dirty cigarettes hole everywhere nasty man !! 'Beautiful resort. We got the full wine country experience here. Staff was friendly, resourceful, and accommodating. Rooms and patios were beautiful, spacious & clean. Location was great with wineries surrounding. Pool & jacuzzi was spacious and clean. Overall a great experience!'
