'Location meravigliosa, fuori dal centro, in mezzo al verde e molto tranquilla. Sistemazione familiare con doppia camera, spazi grandi e ben attrezzati, dalla cucina al bagno. Piscina fantastica, molto pulita e funzionale e con idromassaggio. La posizione è fantastica, strategica per visitare le principali localita turistiche dei dintorni (Alberobello, Ostuni, Cisternino, Locorotondo, Monopoli, Matera....) Proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile. Decisamente una struttura che consigliamo!!!'

'Let me start off by saying this was a charming property with great amenities and a comfy bed. The area is cute and filled with historic and newly-refurbished tulli, the quaint gnome-like structures the region is famous for. This property is located on a series of truly narrow, winding and confusing streets - even for walkers. We arrived in a car and man, poor choice on our part. 'Right in the center of Polignano. Located in one of tge most crowded streets, but still very quite though. To get to the accommodation by car is possible to (un)load. Parking is 10 min walk (for free) or €25,- incl shuttle. Very kind staff, good breakfast, ideal rooms. '

'First of all: great location! New, clean… staff on site very friendly. Some notes: Make sure if you have any advanced question / reserve parking (recommended) etc call the property directly, not the “manager”, that is an anonymous help line, of no use). A few aspects that differ from other B&B: - no coffee/tea maker in the room. - internet was pretty bad (at least in our room), you can get some messages through, but I couldn’t get into vpn, not good enough for doing work. - breakfast not...

'I very rarely leave a bad review but I received no response from the owner for two months. We booked the luxury room costing over £100 per night. This was not a luxury room, it had no windows and no wardrobe / drawers to put our clothes away in except 4 hangers on a rope. Our bathroom bin wasn't cleaned properly each day, so I had to ask for it to be emptied and we also woke up to cockroaches in the room. The luxury room is in the basement, so feels really damp especially as we were unable to...
