'The accomodation was very spacious with a great ocean view. There were also many amenities within the accommodation. There were many staff within the lobby to guide us to the check-in counter and to our accommodation, and we had no difficulty with the check-in process.'

'Nice place but confusing. Numerous hotels in one building. Some might like not having people to deal with but I am not one of those people. Everything is through the email and that can be bad. I got my check out email late so I didn’t see the instructions until it was too late. Someone I was with didn’t get her check in instructions until an hour after check in time and we had to call and jump through hoops just to get it. Nice clean place but I’d never stay here again. '

'The check in process was confusing because finding the actual entrance can be challenging. The staff were pleasant and efficient. I do think the property is a bit away from the typical tourist spots. We loved our room and the view was spectacular! '
