'Check-in process was easy and friendly staff. The apartment was spacious despite the description was 1 bedroom which I thought was a separate room. Modern facilities, clean and nice sunny balcony with views. Would have been good to have a small rubbish bin in the bathroom. Overall a great stay, quiet, close to local shops, supermarket, restaurants and public transport. '

'Ohtel is a comfortable hotel at a great location. Because of the terrible weather in Auckland the elevator was not working. We stayed 4 nights and were hosted on the 4th floor so that was 8 stairs everyday for a couple of times. Very heavy. The breakfast was good, so was the room and the service. '

'It was so clean, new feeling. Eveything was perfect. We called them when one of the number pins didnt work, they answered fast and helped great. Loved staying there. And the little gift was exactly what we needed after driving 3 hours to get there. The kids loved all the little snacks.'
