'Such an amazing clean, everything is brand new. Everything was spotless clean in a great location so many restaurants and places to go to nearby I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte area'

'Great property had everything that u would and could need very clean and spacious felt right at home. The only issue was we weren’t alerted as to an issue with the pool and when the pool guy would be coming. Came home to a guy in the lanai of then found out it was the pool guy and then woke up to one in the back yard maybe put up some blinds to the back window so it’s more private. Other than that great stay. '

'We had a group of 5 stay in the house for 6 nights. Every need we had- from docking a boat to cooking and hanging out together- was met. The place exceeded our expectations with cleanliness and having what we needed. Unlike some rentals, this was a well-stocked home including coolers, floats, and plenty of towels. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The only thing we lacked for was a giant stockpot for our shrimp boil. We just used a couple medium pots. The home was clean and even smelled...

'Easy drive to all that Punta Gorda and surrounding area has to offer. Huge grocery store 5 minutes away, right next to good Asian takeout place. Quiet (vacant lots on each side), safe. Brand name appliances. Plenty of space. Car port keeps car cool and dry. Great pool heater. Huge TV in living room and one bedroom. Lots of nice towels.'

'Stove top was a mess, lots of piled drywall dust in a lot of corners, the stove is a flat one, I took cleaner and a razor blade to it! I didn’t dare us the burners until I got the scum off them! It looks great now 👍 the house itself is big, spacious and beautiful! Also every mirror had a film on it, along with the glass kitchen table , so I cleaned all the mirrors and in All 4 bedrooms, and the glass tops in the living room! 👍'
