'Very very poor third class'

'The experience at Hotel Gran Real Punta Cana II in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, was disappointing. The hotel indicated that it had not received the reservation payment from Expedia, and staff stated that similar issues had affected other Expedia guests. The room was very basic and lacked adequate bed linens. The bathroom had no towel rack, no shower curtain, and no hot water. 'Prima ontbijtbuffet. '

'We booked a deep-tissue massage at the spa and really enjoyed it. There were many other treatment options as well. Having a full-service spa on site was convenient. We spent the rest of the day at the pool. It was one of the most relaxing days of our trip.'

'Great property, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. It has the necessary amenities, restaurant on site (room service available), so all in all a very good hotel for a greta price. Location is also good.'

'Very nice staff and nearby the Airport '

'The security guy was very nice and helpful, friendly, the place is cultural and lovely, a private area, I felt very safe, the security tried helping me a lot, even gave me a lighter for my cigar, there was two cats there, I’m guessing they were the managers of the property, I loved the stay, very calm and home friendly property 10/10 I would book again when in punta Cana, and it’s near everything as well.'

À noite havia muitos restaurantes e bares. Muito confortável.'

'We can recommend this resort! Good service and good price.'
