'The staff were excellent, every single one made the stay'

'As i checked in only 11pm, and check out checked out at 6am. I have no comments'

'Recent geopend hotel. Rustig hotel. Personeel erg...

'Cleanness level of the room is excellent. '

'Below average for me. No hotel parking provided; to be competed with the public, especially when the mall is just right beside the hotel. Hotel facilities not great: shower head clogged, bedside lamp spoilt. Lady Indian receptionist took her own sweet time to check-in and out guests. Overall, the area is less traveler-friendly.'

'Hotel is clean. However need to improve on the WC as it easily get blocked when flushing possibly due to the WC design. Should study how to overcome this issue.'

'- The facilities are old with some wears & tears found. - The room access card was faulty for our 1st room, so they changed to another room for us. After changing, the access card was ok but on our checkout day, it was faulty again, & delayed our checkout time. The corridor carpets are dirty with stains too.'
