Relaxing, beautiful property.

This condo was perfect for us. Adults and 1 almost 2 year old boy. Nice and spacious, room for everyone. It is clean and tidy and the kitchen has everything you need to cook in or go out. Staff around the condo are so friendly and helpful little restaurant in the basement was really good and so reasonably priced.

Most beautiful beach in PV area

We had an amazing time at this property, everything was impeccable, the rooms, the kitchen and open space, but most importantly the views, WOW! We had everything we needed including an abundance of towels which was a plus for us :) The staff at the property was super helpful and kind, Carlos (Charlie) checked up on us frequently and was very attentive. Yesenia and Maria were also sweet and gave great local food recommendations. Joe was amazing and quick to respond from booking to check in and property questions. Friends and family are already planning their vacations and looking to stay at here in the near future.

As Pictured

This property is exactly as pictured. It’s spacious, very clean, with comfortable furnishings. The beach location is ideal with easy access back to town when you’re ready to experience the culture of PV. We even booked a snorkeling trip to Los Arcos where the boat pulled right up to the beach in fromt of the condo complex to pick us up and drop us off. The only drawback was the beautiful villa two doors down. It has a poolside sound system to rival any nightclub. The majority of our stay was lovely. During the weekend a rowdy crowd gathered at the villa and blasted music from 2:30 am - 9:00 am for multiple nights. The bass vibrated the glass of our rental and made sleep impossible. I was able to find contact information for the property manager of the villa and the next couple of nights were better. This is not the fault of, or in the control of, the owners of our rental but it did affect our stay. Overall, I would stay at this property again. The space and beach location are worth the risk of having rude partying neighbors.

Excellent accommodations and a fantastic view

We are a family of six and had an awesome week stay. We saw whales and turtles right from the balcony, beach was wonderful. Condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Joe and Heidi were excellent hosts, were in contact with us throughout our stay and made sure we were well looked after. Will defiantly book again with them on our next trip to PV

Great Break from Winter

We enjoyed our stay. Thank Joe for being such a great host, so informative. Gemelas beach was beautiful and above all else not crowded. We saw so many creatures, whales, turtles, and for my first time, huge manta rays right from the patio!! Once you get to know the surf, the snorkeling was good. We went to Le Cliff, Pipis, la palapa and el dorado restaurants. We took the bus in to town and Taxis back to the condo which was easily accomplished. The payoff is being out of the hustle and bustle of town and closer to the smaller towns where you can hire water taxis to visit more secluded villages and beaches. Thank you!! We have a “to do” list for our next PV visit. The entire staff was exactly as advertised, perfect and kind.

Overall we had an amazing trip, and Joe was an amazing host (very responsive)! The unit was perfect, clean, and had lots of family board games (plus TV). I would totally stay here again! Having said that, here are a few things I wish I had thought more about: As noted in other reviews, on-site food is the only major problem. The restaurant in the building is only open 9-12 for breakfast, and 1-4 for lunch. The service is very slow too… which for a family with young kids is a bit of a problem. The only other restaurant within walking distance is two buildings over. Needless to say, make sure you grab food from Walmart! The beach was a mixed bag for us, closed a lot of days because of very rough surf. Highly recommend taking the bus south to Mismaloya and using that beach instead, there are restaurants and boats and vendors, etc. If I had a baby, I probably would have been upset about noise from the resort next door. Music starts at like 9pm 🙄, and the ocean is a LOT louder than you expect which kept us awake. Those points are nitpicking though, it’s a great unit and we loved our vacation! Would definitely stay again, and we loved Mismaloya!

Wonderful Christmas in Puerto Vallarta

We spent about a week with family celebrating the holidays in the condo and it was lovely. The location is great. There is a pool for condo guests and the beach feels almost private. There isn't much within walking distance in terms of restaurants or shops, so it is best to bring what you need. However, there is a restaurant and small shop next door for essentials. The condo itself is very nice. There are three good sized bedrooms with attached baths and then a smaller kids room with bunk beds and its own bathroom. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all together in an open space and that opens onto a balcony with an amazing view. The condo was well stocked with all the things you would need in the kitchen plus plenty of bathing towels, pool towels and even stuff for the beach like hats and tote bags. Joe was a great host. We had a few small issues and questions that came up and he was extremely responsive and helped solve the problems very quickly. The staff at the condo were also always around and very attentive and nice. Overall, this is a great place and we are already planning our next trip.

Absolutely outstanding!

Our family of 6 stayed during Christmas this year and we cannot say enough great things about Casawynelle. The condo is 5 stars all round. This was our first VRBO rental. We have stayed at several all inclusive resorts in Mexico, large and small ones, and this property was by far the best experience ever. The photos are accurate and the view, location and condo is even better in person. Everything was exactly as promised. We marvelled daily at the view, enjoyed the food and service at the pool, and played at the beach (best beach in PV without a doubt). The building and grounds are kept clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Transportation is easy with Uber or taxi, a quick 15-20min ride into town. In addition to the food service onsite, there are numerous restaurants close by. We loved the experience at Tony's in Mismaloya and Canto Palmares just down the road from the condo on the beach. We recommend this property without hesitation and hope to come back again next year!

Awesome!!!!

Amazing location in the best beach in Puerto Vallarta! Spacious 8th floor beach front home. Super staff….and close to everything you want in a Tropical Adventure Vacation. Definitely go on the Vallarta Adventure Outdoor Zip Tour! Also, be sure to make a reservation at Le Kliff Restaurant. The absolutely most amazing Ocean views from every table under the massive Palapa and serve fresh gourmet food. Can hardly wait to return:)

Happiness at Casawynelle !

We were very happy with this vacation condo & highly suggest it for your home away from home. The owner was so considerate as to personally call us before our trip to offer his assistance whenever we needed it. We loved the location of this property as it's south of PV - about half way between the town & Mismaloya Bay. A taxi ride one way or the other is only about $8. The staff at the property was amazing! Always at your service & such hard workers. The last time we visited PV we went to an all inclusive resort. We opted against that this time so we could explore other restaurants. But when we wanted to just hang at the condo they have a kitchen by the pool that you can order breakfast or lunch and the food was cheap & amazing! Justine is such a great chef ! Oh & they will also deliver to your room. The condo was very spacious with 3 1/2 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. It was decorated beautifully, cozy & had a fully stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. The balcony was set up like an outdoor living area with glass railings to overlook the beautiful Banderas Bay & beaches. Lots of fun was had on the beach and pretty pool area. There was one review that really spoke bad about the AC. Ignore it ! Yes it is best to turn off the AC & lights when you leave. Don't you do that in your own home? Those ductless units cool the rooms back down almost immediately. We were so cold some nights we turned them way up or off. That's a great thing when you're in Mexico in the summer ! Only 2 things I would suggest. And these are just us not the property. If you have a family this is a wonderful place to go. Great place to bring your kids. The condo is plenty big for a family. As much as we love children we are empty nesters & sometimes we prefer an all adult place. It could be that this is summer vacation time and there wouldn't be as many other times a year. Again, this is just for you love bird couples that might want a different type of atmosphere. Also, we were there in April and there were blue skies every day. Beautiful ! But we decided this time we wanted to experience the rainy season so we could see all the lush foliage. It was spectacular with everything so green! But the down fall is it did rain a lot and the water was not that typical gorgeous blue. But if you go to some of the islands you'll still find blue water. But despite the rain you won't get bored as there is sooo much to do in PV! Thanks Dale it was great

It is a nice area nice view and nice condo. It would have been perfect had we had a working air conditioner in the common area, extremely hot not able to enjoy playing games in dining room or eating there. We have to stay on the patio and use the cocktail table which is not comfortable. The dishwasher does not work it was used as a dish drainer. The refrigerator water and ice is broken has a rag in it. The WiFi is very weak we were using a fire stick and it consistently stalled.

Perfect for a Family Vacation!

I just spent five wonderful days in early December 2018 at Casa Wynelle with my adult son and daughter, son-in-law, and 8-year-old twin grandchildren. From the moment we walked in the door we were awed by the gorgeous view. Although we had seen photos, everything was even better in person. When in the condo, we spent a lot of time on the balcony, enjoying the view. The pool was warm and the pool area very pleasant. One day we ate breakfast at one of the tables by the pool while my grandson, with the help of his father, was pushed along the sand on a boggie board by the incoming waves. He declared this his “best vacation ever!” His sister enjoyed the swimming pool. We all explored the nearby rocks and tidal pools. The unit was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Having daily maid service was wonderful! The condo staff members are very friendly and helpful. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had. We ordered coffee and breakfast from downstairs every day, but generally ate lunch and dinner in town. Everything we ordered from downstairs was good and inexpensive. The first evening we arrived, we walked along the beach to the sea-side restaurant in a nearby condo building. It was very festive and the food was decent. We ate in several good restaurants in town, including Tre Piatti and Hacienda San Angel. A taxi ride to downtown Puerto Vallarta took about 10 to 15 minutes. Establish the fare before you go. One day we took a taxi to the charming village of Sayulita (about an hour-and-a-half ride), where we browsed the shops and ate at Don Pedros on the beach. We loved Sayulita! We then continued on to Punta de Mita where we had a wonderful seaside dinner at Si Señor.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view!

Plenty of space for everyone and has absolutely everything. The view is breathtaking... whales included! Condo, condo building and pool area very clean. Friendly staff with a very reasonably priced menu and beer service! Ocean front property with a great beach. The owners are very accommodating and quick to answer any questions you have.

Quiet, great veiw

My family and I had a great stay at Casa Wynelle. Our group included my husband and I, our two young kids - 4 and 6 - and my parents. There was plenty of room for everyone and lots of fun things to do. The pool was nicely heated and large. The food from the kitchen was delicious and inexpensive. The waves at the lovely little beach were a little too big for us to play in the first few days, but the kids were endlessly entertained catching hermit crabs on the protected side of the beach. We went to the zoo, the botanical gardens, Boca de Tomatlan and took a boat to Yelapa and had a couple of delicious dinners in the city. We wound up renting a car from Gecko and were glad we did since the kids wouldn't have done well on the bus. All in all we had a great stay and would love to go back (tomorrow!)

Spacious, clean, great view from inside the unit and on balcony, nice pool and friendly staff

Just returned from a week stay with five adults over New Years. We found the unit to be very spacious and had lots of extra room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was great. The view from inside the condo is awesome from the moment you walk in the door - the pictures don't do it justice. We spent the majority of our time when in the condo sitting on the balcony looking out to the great view. The waves were very loud this time of year but after a couple of nights they became soothing at night. The unit was very clean and everything was maintained very well. Maid service everyday was great. We ended up eating some breakfasts and having coffee in the room but ate most other meals out (eventhough there were plenty of kitchen appliances and supplies). We ate at the restaurant two buildings over a couple of times and also went into town many times. The bus stop was right across the street and was very easy to use coming every 10-15 minutes. The bus ride into town was only about 15-20 minutes and stopped in a great location close to the beach and excellent restaurants (some of which the owner had recommended). A few days we spent just lounging by the condo pool and ordered food there which was all very good and affordable. There were always staff around to order food from or provide assistance and they were always cleaning. The beach was really nice and there were always people swimming. Near the end of our stay on New Years, we were able to watch the fireworks all across the bay which was amazing! Overall we had a great trip and would definately consider booking Casawynelle again.
