Our room had a water leak the entire stay in our bathroom, it wasn't huge but it was dripping into the sink, I told the front desk 2x and showed them the video I took, they never came to fix or check it out. No water bottles from house keeping or any extra towels and not coffee replacement. It seems to me that they are trying to save money with the coffee, water and any extras. The staff was ok, they would give you coffee in the morning one (1) time, then they would never come back to refill, again saving on little things shows, they would get upset when I got up and poured myself another cup of coffee. I would have much preferred to stay at the GRAND KRYSTAL, I thought this is where I had made our reservations at as we have stayed there before and it was excellent. This place was right next to MAJOR construction, very loud and busy, they should have given a discount for all the noise or let us know ahead of time that they were in the middle of a major construction building next door.
The food here was mediocre, it was the same everyday, no "real" meat, only hot dog meat most of the time, the eggs seemed to be powdered eggs, no avocados or fresh guacamole, the staff spent more time talking to each other then attending to the customer. Elevator broke down for a day, they did get this fixed quick. Grounds are spread out, enjoyed playing volleyball and laying out by the beach listening to the loud construction, vendors were annoying coming by way too often and too pesty.
