'Lo único medianamente rescatable es la ubicación cercana al aeropuerto. La habitación exageradamente pequeña, 2.5 m x 5 m apenas cabe la cama a lo largo. El baño 1 x 2 m. El desayuno básico pero sabroso. La relación costo beneficio muy desfavorable para el cliente. '

'La señal es pésima, no me agradó la atención a cliente pero hubo 2 personas que me atendían muy bien, no tiene spa y la habitación es limpia'

'Muy malo el servicio del buffete, yo creo que muchos tenian prepagado el desayuno y no habia suficiente comida. Los huespedes estaban peleando la poca comida que servian, y no resurtian a tiempo, tenian una lista de espera de 30 minutos para entrar a desayunar.'

'Water pressure poor, getting towels, drinking water and ice was a process. Had to sign a waiver and put down deposit on towels and bedding. Made one feel like you didn’t dare drink a coffee or wine in the room. I personally have never not gotten makeup , wine and or coffee spills out of bedding and towels. '

'We were able to move to a quieter room thanks to manager Raul. Construction still going on. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. Carlos at front desk very helpful too.'
