'Definitely the most unpleasant vrbo stay, had to leave early as apartment was flooding through the windows. There were several roaches found. The bed skirts were dirty and stained from previous flooding. There was as mold on the back of the curtains from previous flooding near windows. we had to use all the towels to stop the flooding. Building staff was nice but building is very outdated. Elevators were small and only accommodate 3 at a time. Owner only gave a refund for days we did not stay,...

'This place is in a great location, walking distance to everything. The place has mini splits in both rooms. Perfect size for 2 couples. The property manager communicated with me very well and even answered my call when I got lost. The beds are actually full size not king, the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator and the back sliding door doesn’t slide. '

'Very nice pools, onsite restaurant with excellent food & service. Wonderful building staff, great view. But worst rental experience ever. At one point, we asked to add 2 nights. Owner agreed, we paid the difference. Later we found that we couldn’t do extra nights after all, so asked to return to original dates. Tried repeatedly to reach owner by phone, email, Vrbo messaging for 6 weeks before trip. No response. Finally called Vrbo, they reached out, owner then said booking we had didn’t allow...

'Solo female, 80 yr, .. I booked wrong date, then plane grounded due to snow. Staff maintained close contact with me, and picked me up at the airport. I felt relaxed and safe throughout. It does not get better than that!'
