WELCOME TO ARENA Y SOL, a vibrant two-story home located just 30 yards from the beach in Las Conchas, Puerto Peñasco. With stunning ocean views, bright décor, and inviting spaces, this home is perfect for a relaxing seaside escape. – BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM The first floor features three bedrooms and one bath. Two of the bedrooms include queen beds, while the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, making it ideal for families or groups. A full-size air mattress is also available for extra sleeping space. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level for easy use. – LIVING AREA Guests will climb the beautifully tiled staircase to the second floor, where they are welcomed into a cozy living area with breathtaking ocean views. The space includes a dining table, a wood-burning fireplace for cooler evenings, and comfortable seating for relaxation. Guests must bring their own wood or fire logs for the fireplace. Entertainment is available with a smart Blu-ray player that allows streaming Netflix or watching DVDs on the television. – KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and microwave, making meal preparation effortless for your group. – OUTDOOR SPACE Step outside to a spacious upper deck featuring a wood-fired oven and plenty of seating, offering the perfect setting to enjoy the ocean view. The lower level features an enclosed courtyard with a front patio, charcoal barbecue grill, an outdoor dining area with a palapa, and an additional fireplace. Beach chairs are available in the garage for guests to use. – ADDITIONAL AMENITIES Ceiling fans, central air and heat, bedding, and one set of bath towels are provided for guest comfort. – POLICIES Pets are allowed upon approval with a pet fee of $75 per pet. No smoking indoors. – EXPERIENCE Arena y Sol offers everything needed for a memorable stay just steps from the beach, making it an excellent choice for relaxation, family gatherings, and seaside adventures.

Cute rustic home in a great location!

The house was great for my family! Location was good too. We normally stay farther down in Las Conchas because the sand is softer and it’s not as rocky, but we had a great time with the dogs on the beach! The house has a perfect layout and was kept clean. The doors don’t always lock easily, but it just takes extra effort to close. There are no outlets in the main bathroom and no remote for the TV in the main bedroom. The only other downside was that the property was covered in cigarette butts outside. Too many for me to pick up. Otherwise we loved the home and would be happy to stay here again!

Clean but old

Beach that is within walking distance is too rocky, had to drive to a better location within Las Conchas. A/C worked well in the bedrooms. Old but clean. Beds need new mattresses. Instructions to property provided by rental company were very confusing. We got lost 2x and had to call for help.

Poor in modern and cleaning

Well, the house is fine, the only drawback is that they have to remodel everything inside, definitely the mattresses, the fridge, the tv, the wifi, you need a toaster anyway and on cleaning the house also felt dirty !!!

Decent but overpriced

This is a good amount of space in this rental but not up to the standard of many other rocky point stays I’ve had. It’s the most I’ve ever paid but certainly in need of some serious updates. The two queen beds are so soft that only 1 person can sleep on them because they dip so badly in the center. Not great sleep. The bunk beds are covered with a very crunchy plastic with only a thin sheet on top.... Also there is no TV in the living room. Only one in the kids bunk room. So no Netflix or Hulu or Satellite. It was a decently stocked kitchen but the weren’t any large bowls or cookie sheets so if you are cooking this could be disappointing. It’s was surfaced clean but really needs a good deep clean in the kitchen and bathrooms especially. Also all the towels are pretty worn and mismatched which again just doesn’t seem up to standard for the price they are charging. The yard was enclosed which was nice for our kids to play outside. The beach was pretty rocky at the closest place to walk to it. But we just drove to the end of the street and the beach there was great. Oceano seemed like a great company and they were helpful with bringing dish soap when I needed it and a broken front gate handle. If the beds were replaced and they put in a flatscreen and did a deep clean it would go a long way in making this place worth the money. Unfortunately, as is, this property is worth about half of its cost. Unless these issues are addressed I would stay somewhere else.

Won’t return to that property!!!

The house was not as clean as it could have been. The house needs serious updating and the gate was falling apart! I tried to contact the owner and he never returned my message. The house was ok for the stay we had but I would not rent here again. House was filthy..
