'I’ve been coming to Rocky Point for decades and can say this Villa is the best place I’ve stayed at to date. Large floor plan. Every room had its own bathroom. Huge living area, and patio. Fire pits, grill, and the beach right outside the window. I could go on. The host was very responsive to the handful of questions I had. He even arranged to have a fresh propane tank delivered the day I him it was running low. Will definitely be staying here again!'

'The property is fine. It’s got what you need but it’s in need of some updating. There are two beds to each room but the house could never accommodate as many people as it sleeps. That would have been fine but the water pump failed in our last day so we didn’t have any running water (no shower) but most importantly no working toilets. 'This property was beautiful! Jeff was an awesome host…2 min walk to the beach which is gorgeous took the kayaks and fished out there got a couple fish! 10-12 mins drive to the Malecon and Playa Hermosa not so far out. The water is super warm. Everything was GREAT! Great property to stay I will definitely be coming back again!!'

'The house was nice and spacious, there were 20 of us adults, kids and 4 dogs. The beach was awesome crab, seashells and very private. Brent was great in communication and answering our calls and questions. We stayed in late July so it was very hot, humid and rooms downstairs didn’t cool as good as upstairs.
