'Pros: Mooi huis gelegen op een prachtige en rustige locatie, dichtbij stranden en leuke dorpen. Eigenaren Emilio en Isabel zijn bijzonder vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, als je iets nodig hebt, staan ze voor je klaar.'

'Lovely house fitted out to a high standard but fairly traditional. Three sitting out areas for all day sun or shade , one being a roof terrace . Excellent location between Pollença and Port de Pollença and there are Lidl and Eroski supermarkets three minutes away . Minus points , no air conditioning ( ceiling fans not very effective when it is really hot ) , no pool and a very narrow approach road , not for the faint hearted . We have been in 2024 and again 2925 and love it , enjoy .'

'Pool area is great. Lots of towels. Pollensa is a beautiful town. About a 20 minute walk into the centre. Lidl is 10-15 walk away.Buses to beach at the end of the road.Lots of wildlife around the villa. A Pine Marten wondered around the pool one morning while we were enjoying a coffee. Red Kites and other birds of prey circle over head throughout the day.Pool is deep, so may not be ideal for young children, but the jacuzzi could be an make-shift kids pool.House is a little tired. The odd broken...

'Great location, 1min walk to shops, restaurants etc. Everything within close proximity. Accommodation had everything we needed and for our winter stay provided good quality bedding and heating. Very comfortable and the property is a lovely Mallorcian townhouse with authentic touches that we loved.Maria Antonia was most helpful too!'

'We had an amazing three days in Alcudia thanks to this well-appointed, immaculate, centrally located, home inside the walls of Old Town. Pedro gave us incredible tips on food and all the local beaches and sights. It was like having a personal tour guide of the area. This town is so sweet and I am grateful to Pedro for his kindness and attention to detail. Will visit again and recommend! '

'The property was exactly as listed and we were very pleased. Our only criticism would be that they need newer and larger towels! And maybe a couple more blankets given the time of year. The parking worked well given that it's impossible to park outside, but we could drop luggage off and the car park was only a 2 minute walk away. Property manager was lovely and very helpful regarding our departure as the roads were due to be closed for a sporting event. However, it was annoying to have to...
