Estimado, la presencia de insectos en nuestro hotel es muy rara, pues por ser una zona tropical siempre hacemos la fumigación de las áreas, qué lástima que usted haya sido el primero en observarlas en las habitaciones, siempre estamos pendientes de brindarle el mejor servicio a nuestros huéspedes, y preguntamos cómo está su estadía.
