'Nevhm, I’m spelling her name wrong but from England was one the best staff and made my trip very warm and comfortable. Very attentive and very communicative. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Only draw back, no private chair area on the beach.'

'We had newer room in the building, it had a lovely kitchen and the view was spectacular Gym was good, grounds were well kept. For me I feel, food selection and meals could be better. Limited and pretty basic food , nothing wow about food, we ate elsewhere on many occasions. Other than that, beautiful beach and quiet location, a bit far from the small town though . '

'West Bay Club was perfectly located with access to the beach. Our stay was wonderful! The staff was very nice and helpful. We relaxed and enjoyed ourselves exactly how we wanted. I would highly recommend staying here!'

'A wonderful reservationist at WindSong upgraded us to a beachfront unit, and it was fantastic. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. The units are very comfortable and easy to live in. The location, and all the amenities--the white sand beach, dining in the dunes, watersports, and sparkling clean pool, are all within a very short walk of the units. WindSong is a place to rest and relax but also a great spot to have fun, and that we did! We'll be back!'

'You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant...

'Tne environment was extremely quiet, except for a few barking dogs, who were silent at night. The drawback of this tranquility is of course that there is nothing in the neighbourhood. The nearest supermarket (KG Foods) is more than 15 minures walking and so is the nearest (indian) restaurant Communication with the place was somewhat difficult; I expected a self-check-in, which I hate, but fortunately there was a friendly lady to see me. 'The property was so beautiful and great scenery. The staff was amazing and so personable. When I visit again I must book my stay here again!! '

'The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.'
