    NIEUWE AANBIEDING *** NIEUWE EIGENAARS Kom ons stukje paradijs delen! Prachtige turquoise wateren, wit zand (Grace Bay-strand) en geweldig snorkelen (Smith's Reef) op slechts enkele minuten lopen van onze deur. Gelegen aan Turtle Cove Marina, heeft de Yacht Club veel gemakken op loopafstand, waaronder restaurants, koffiebar, huurauto / fietsen / fietsen en duikbedrijven. De luchthaven ligt op vijf mijl afstand.
    Ruim volledig uitgerust appartement met terras / balkon (volledig openslaande deuren naar buiten) met uitzicht op een groot 2-laags zwembad en uitzicht op de oceaan. Dit appartement op de derde verdieping is bereikbaar met de lift of trap en heeft een fitnessruimte ter plaatse. De on-suite slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met nieuwe matras en luxe beddengoed. De inloop betegelde douche is welkom na een lange dag op het strand. De woonkamer heeft een queensize slaapbank voor extra slaapgedeelte. De wasmachine en droger bevinden zich in een aparte wasruimte en er is een kluis in het appartement. Gratis gratis WiFi, gebruik van strandstoelen, parasol en strandlakens.
    De Yacht Club-terreinen zijn beveiligd met toegang met poorten, nachtbeveiliging en parkeren direct buiten het gebouw.
    Smith's Reef in Turtle Cove ligt op 5 minuten lopen van het Yacht Club-appartement. De buitenste riffen zijn de beste, gemakkelijkst bereikbare strandsnorkels op Providenciales. Je zult zeeschildpadden, gevlekte adelaarsroggen, barracuda en vele soorten rifvissen zien, zoals papegaaivissen, angelfish, grouper en squirrelfish om er maar een paar te noemen.

Perfect place to stay and explore Turks. Beautiful condo with nice pool and extremely close to everything. We rented a car and had no problem with parking. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

The location of the yacht club was fantastic for exploring the area! The kitchen was well equipped and made for a perfect place to prepare some of our meals. The pool was lovely and the walk to the beach was easy great information in the information book. The bed was very comfortable and the patio balcony was our favorite place for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Parking spot was helpful since we decided to rent a car. Unfortunately the weather made snorkeling not possible the week we were there, but we would look forward to coming back.

Great stay on Grace Bay

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious and well clean unit. Walking to the beach and dining at Magnolia many nights of our vacation. Would definitely stay here in the future. Thank you!

Very clean, beautiful view of the infinity pool, that Is very well maintained. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Just like the pictures!

Good location with a hand full of restaurants within walking distance and a short car ride to everything else. Turks Wave Cafe was our morning hangout before venturing out on the island or going back to the property and hanging out at the pool. Very quiet on the Yacht club property and the condo has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Thanks Molly and Curt.

Great condo and location!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Provo in this condo! The location is excellent, since it's within walking distance to several good restaurants and beaches. The tiered pool was a nice bonus as well and a relaxing respite after a long day of activities. The condo itself was well-stocked with all the amenities we needed for our trip, including beach/snorkel gear. We would stay here again if we come back to T&C!

Amazing Vacation

The location of the Yacht Club is just perfect, with restaurants close by, beach access, beach amenities, plus the 4 infinity pools make for the perfect stay. All of the comforts of home are provided in this perfect 1-bdrm condo with views overlooking the pool, marina and ocean. We are already planning our next trip back.

Amazing stay

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful property in Turtle Cove. The condo unit was spotless and had everything we ever could have needed to enjoy our time in Turks in Caicos. We took full advantage of the snorkeling gear, beach chairs and beach toys, the gorgeous balcony overlooking the marina and pool, the short walks to lovely restaurants and cafes and of course, the beach. We would not hesitate to stay here again next time we visit this beautiful island!

The condo was beautiful, extremely clean. Great location. The owners are great. Responded and fxed a small shower issue very quickly. We had a wonderful vacation. Would definitely rent from them again.

This condo was amazing! One of the cleanest vrbos ever stayed in! What a great location! Great food! Did not have a bad meal any where! Condo has everything lots of helpful information! First time in Turks loved it so much we booked to come back in dec with our family and grandkids!

Great Views, Great Times!

We loved the property and the location. The Yacht Club is centrally located and it's easy to get to any beach or location within 20 minutes. Molly and Curt are easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The pool onsite is great and the view from the patio is amazing. We had the best time and look forward to our next visit to TCI!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this condo to others. The place was very clean, cute, and in an amazing location. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, the water was always hot, and there were plenty of linens provided. We also appreciated the beach essentials that were available for guests to use.The location was one of the best parts of our stay. The restaurants nearby were excellent, the pool was incredible, and having Bight Beach just down the road made it easy to enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.There were a few minor inconveniences that didn’t impact our overall enjoyment but are worth mentioning. We would have appreciated a larger supply of essentials such as laundry pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. These items can be difficult to purchase in small quantities and are quite expensive on the island, so we found ourselves rationing some supplies throughout our stay. It would also have been nice to have access to local cable channels, as some of our streaming services were unavailable in the region. Additionally, the water pressure fluctuated throughout the day.That said, all of the major things that typically make or break a vacation rental were excellent. The condo was comfortable, clean, well-located, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful Accomodation in Paradise!

Stayed a week at Molly and Curt's condo. Condo was very clean! Bed was very comfortable! Everything was great, especially loved how quiet it was! Grounds of the property were immaculate and the pool was amazing! Several restaurants within walking distance. We felt very safe at this location. Thank you!

Just as advertised and more.

The unit in The Yacht Club was wonderful. The owners have everything you need and the place was clean. No need to stay at some resort. Molly was great in helping us find Scooter Bob’s for car rental. Smiths Reef is the best shore snorkeling. We say a least 5 turtles. Plan on coming back.

The perfect location

Molly and Curt’s place was an excellent choice for our trip to Provo! The pictures don’t do the space justice. The Yacht Club was blissfully quiet, pools and grounds immaculate. The view from their balcony was the best! Thanks for sharing your space with us!

Amazing stay

Would highly recommend this property! We had an amazing vacation and would return. We preferred this location to Grace Bay. Grace Bay is very busy. We were close to everything we needed. The restaurants nearby were all amazing. We got to meet lots of locals and truly had an amazing vacation. Thanks again Molly and Curt for sharing your unit with us! We will be returning :)

Perfect getaway - would definitely stay here again!

This unit was exactly what we needed. Booking and check-in were easy. The owner and local property manager were very helpful and responsive.Everything was very clean and welcoming! The location was convenient, and we could walk to several restaurants. Love Sharkbite Pub for extensive menu, good food and drinks, as well as good prices. The best snorkeling was very near on Grace Bay. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with a view of the harbor and the pool just reading and relaxing. It was very quiet there which we appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to other people.
