Palm Jewel - Luxury villa, private outdoor oasis w/pool, walk to SAPODILLA BEACH

Palm Jewel is a brand new 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom luxury vacation villa with all the amenities you would expect of a first-class vacation villa. Situated on a half-acre lot in the Sapodilla Beach neighborhood, the villa’s location off the beach affords privacy, yet beautiful Sapodilla Beach is there when you want it – just 100 yards from the villa to the beach path.

Sapodilla Bay Beach has the softest, whitest sand you can imagine, boasting clear, calm waters. There are no waves and the water is only a few feet deep for 100 feet from shore, making this ocean an ideal place for children to play and adults to float the day away with a book or drink in hand. Sapodilla Beach faces directly west, offering fantastic sunset views nightly. The beach has a lively and fun Caribbean vibe, and offers watersports rentals.

The five well-appointed bedrooms at Palm Jewel include:
• Sabal Palm Suite: 1 king bed with an en suite bath featuring stone counters, double sinks, tiled shower, soaking tub and private outdoor shower garden. First floor.
• Date Palm Suite: 1 king bed with an en suite bath featuring stone counters, double sinks and tiled shower. Second floor.
• Coconut Palm Suite: 2 twin beds or one king bed with an en suite bath featuring stone counters, double sinks and tiled shower. First floor.
• Foxtail Palm Room: 2 twin beds plus twin trundle bed, or one king bed. Bathroom with stone counters, double sinks and tub /shower right next door. First floor.
• Buccaneer Palm Room: 2 sets of bunk beds plus a twin trundle (sleeps 5 children or 2 adults). Second floor.

The Great Room is open and airy with soaring 18’ cathedral ceilings, sofa seating area, 60” flat screen smart TV, a dining table that seats 12, and writing desk. Original island paintings by a local artist adorn the walls throughout the villa. The gourmet kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, granite counters, mahogany cabinets, and comes fully stocked with professional-grade cookware and accessories. The outdoor kitchen area features a gas BBQ grill, an ice maker, a beverage fridge, and granite counters.

The 2200-sqft outdoor living areas are centered on the 40’x14’ infinity edge swimming pool with both shallow and deep areas for everyone to enjoy. At night, the pool comes alive with stunning colored lights. The adjoining covered cabana features a double chaise lounge, and 8 single chaise loungers surround the pool, grouped under umbrellas. A hammock sits shaded under the palm trees, and a large sofa seating area surrounds a fire table. An outdoor dining table seats 8 under the shaded cover of an upper floor deck that provides ocean views and expansive 180-degree birds-eye views of the surrounding area. The upper deck faces west and is the perfect place to watch the sunset over the ocean each night. The villa’s landscaping features 15 different varieties of tropical palm trees – hence the name Palm Jewel – surrounded by lush native plants.

The beach is a 1-minute walk down our neighborhood street to the private access path to beautiful Sapodilla Bay Beach. The calm waters are gin clear, and only a foot or two deep out to about 100 feet from shore. The calm, clear, shallow waters of Sapodilla are fun for young and old alike. The beach has watersports rentals, chaise lounge/umbrella rentals, and a lively and fun Caribbean vibe. We have a kayak and a stand-up paddle board for guests to use, as well as a beach wagon, folding beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach blankets, and beach cooler! Everything you need for a great day at the beach is available at the villa.

Air conditioning is available throughout the house, with individually controlled units in each bedroom and the living areas so you can use just what you need. Air conditioning is metered separately and charged back to the guest at cost to encourage conservation. Air conditioning used at night in the bedrooms typically runs $150-300 per week.

Our villa can accommodate up to 14 people, with a maximum of 8 adults in the party.

Please note we are a Saturday to Saturday villa, and rent in one week increments only.
