    We houden van deze accommodatie en zijn het met onze gasten eens - de "Grandview on Grace Bay" is de vondst op het eiland. Perfect uitje.

    De "Grandview" is een resort aan het strand direct aan Grace Bay Beach en is een van de mooiste plaatsen op het eiland. Met slechts 18 volledig van airconditioning voorziene privé-residentensuites (perfect geschikt voor koppels of gezinnen), hebt u een intiem gevoel, wordt u niet overweldigd door de drukte en bevindt u zich in de buurt van alle gemakken. Wanneer u bij ons verblijft, bevindt u zich op Grace Bay Beach - niet dichtbij, niet slechts een gedeeltelijk uitzicht, maar direct aan het strand - een perfecte plek voor ontspanning!

    Deze prachtig ingerichte suite biedt uitzicht op het strand van Grace Bay en ligt op een heerlijk gunstige locatie. Geniet van het turquoise water en de rustgevende golven terwijl u ontspant in onze strandstoelen. U bevindt zich echt op een prachtige locatie op Grace Bay.

    Dit appartement met 2 slaapkamers heeft ongeveer 1900 vierkante voet; dus je hebt ruimte om uit te breiden. De master suite beschikt over een kingsize bed en een master bad met aparte douche en jacuzzi. De tweede slaapkamer heeft ook een kingsize bed, dus je hebt meer dan voldoende ruimte. Voor het geval dat er een uitschuifbed in een kleine nis in het hoofdgedeelte staat. De gastronomische keuken met granieten werkbladen voldoet ook aan al uw wensen voor een perfect samenzijn. Hangen en genieten - maar de kans is groot dat u op het strand bent.

    De woning beschikt over het designzwembad en het bubbelbad, speciale WiFi, een badhuis, een eigen fitnessruimte - en op loopafstand van gastronomische restaurants, luxe supermarkten, boetiekjes en handig dicht bij golf en casino. Strandstoelen bevinden zich voor uw gemak bij het zwembad en op het strand en worden elke dag voor u geplaatst.

Perfect family vacation!

Turks and Caicos and the Grandview never disappoint!!! The condo is perfect - oceanfront, clean, spacious and with all the amenities you will need. Lots of great restaurants nearby. We will be back!

Better than expected!

Our first time to Turks and Caicos and we were beyond happy with everything! The condo was spotless when we arrived and was bigger and more beautiful than the pictures. The beach was gorgeous! Regina and Charles were both super helpful before and throughout our stay. We had an amazing time and hope to come back again in the future!

Incredible vacation

This condo was the perfect place for our family to stay for our spring break trip. The kids loved being on the ground floor and able to go back and forth to the beach and pool so easily. We walked to dinner every night and loved the options. The home was well stocked with everything we could want- towels, sand toys, inflatables, aloe(!!). Thank you for an incredible family week.

This is a beautiful condo and way nicer than the pictures reflect. It has been painted and new bedspreads that make it much more eye appealing. There were five of us (two adults, 14, 16, and 26 yr old) and we had plenty of space. LOVE being on the first floor and walking straight out to the beach and not worrying about stairs with groceries etc…. The gym is smaller than most hotels but had what you would need to get thru a week. The condo itself was well stocked with anything you might need. I had forgotten bday decorations for my 14 yr old and they even had some in a drawer there that I could use to decorate!!! Both Charles and Angela were wonderful, helpful and responsive!!! Also loved the location and easy access to beach chairs and food/drink at the oasis!!

1st family vacay

This was our first vacation as an extended family. We had a blast. Grandview was great. Clean, quiet and right by the action. We had the best time. The condo had everything we could need, and management was top notch. We will definitely return.

Another great stay

This is our third time staying in this particular condo and it never disappoints. It’s clean, well stocked and located within walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Regina the property manager is just a lovely person. Highly recommend.

Paradise on the perfect beach!

Beautiful place in paradise! The property was beautiful and well equipped. The owner was very quick to get back to me on all my questions! You could never get a better location! This was our third time to go to Turks and I will continue to go and stay here! On the first floor which made beach and pool access so awesome! The master bed was also very comfy!

Incredible stay

We all loved our stay. The unit is clean, well stocked and probably even nicer in person than pictured. The convenience of being steps to the pool and beach was key for us. We wanted a beach vacation where we could show up and be ready to go and this was it. We will definitely be back! We did end up renting a car and we are glad we did so we could grocery shop and explore the island a bit. Definitely could have survived without.Don't hesitate to book this one - its definitely a 5 star property.

Better than expected

My husband and I came to Turks and Caicos for the first time. The condo was much larger than the pictures online and quite lovely with all the amenities you could ask for. The views outside were gorgeous. Charles was very responsive when we emailed him.

Grandview on Grace Bay was pretty much perfect! Charles and Regina were great hosts.

Lovely ground floor condo ideal for walking out to the pool and beach. The beach was beautiful, beach chairs and umbrellas always available. The end of April was a perfect time to visit. Oldish couples and young families. Restaurants and grocery close by. We didn’t have a bad meal. Fun snorkeling adventures near. Hope to come back, soon!

Grandview

Great location! Grace bay is beautiful! First floor condo was perfect for walking directly to the beach! Regina, the manager was lovely. Only negative was that the building was very full with loud guests and children. Unfortunately Turks and Caicos has been discovered, and it is no longer the quiet peaceful island it was in years past.

We had the most amazing stay at this property. It was immaculately clean and fully stocked. The first-floor access to the pool and beach was perfect. We loved that we didn't need to fight over beach chairs and that they were set up for the residents daily. Charles was responsive and easy to communicate with and Regina the property manager was wonderful and answered all of our questions. We are already planning our return next year! It was perfect!

Great condo , onsite manager terrific !

A little far for some restaurants, so listen and rent a car 1/2 days . Gorgeous wide sandy beaches . Some restaurants walkable . Condo has everything you need, amenities of home trully! Can’t wait to go back , thank you Charles and Regina . Wish I had warmer weather otherwise terrific time . Rained one whole day more than 8 hours and very windy .

Beautiful place

This is a wonderful condo on the most beautiful beach in the world. The condo is even better than the photos and fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. Regina and Charles were so helpful and wonderful to work with. Both bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms and kitchen are spotless. A fantastic value for this home away from home. A minor point is that the unit doesn’t have a bathtub anymore in case you plan to visit with small children.

Family trip

This condo is located in the heart of the most desired part of Grace Bay. The owners have thought of everything to meet your needs. The outside grill was very handy if you just wanted to stay around the pool and beach area. The trundle bed was perfect for the kids. We really enjoyed the three LLBean bags. They were perfect for taking our snorkeling gear on outings. This condo is very well stocked with kitchen supplies, laundry supplies and beach/pool items. This was one of the best places I have every stayed in.

Grace Bay Vaca

Charles and his team were sos so helpful and beyond professional. The property was one of the nicest and well appointed properties we’ve stayed at over the past 12 years. This property is loaded with anything you may need. It shows that the property owner uses their unit and truly cares. We met some other property owners during our stay and they had nothing but very positive things to say about the owners of this unit. Definitely will be back.

Family Vacation

Great place to visit for a relaxing vacation. Property was well maintained, in a great location. Walk out the door to the beach and spend the day or walk out to be picked up by excursions. Recommend the Caicos Dream Tour all day boating. Check out was much earlier than flight and tried for 2 days to reach the property manager with no response. If you need a late check out work with Charles before you arrive. Regina is super nice but does not return text, calls or emails.

Truly Paradise

Couldn’t say enough good about the property, the island, and the service we received. The property is exactly as advertised and is perfect for a family of up to 6. Walking distance to a gorgeous crystal clear beach and also walking distance to many restaurants. Would suggest renting a car, we did and didn’t regret it, seeing the entire island made the trip that much better. Charles and Regina are an amazing team and provide great service! Charles was responsive and provided a tremendous amount if information in advance of our trip. Once we arrived, Regina was there to greet us with a warm smile and provided us a full overview and answered all our questions. She also was available by phone for anything we needed or wanted to ask during our stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

GreatChoice

We were fortunate to stay at the property Dec 13 - 20, 2022. Often times pictures make a property look better than it actually ii is. Not in this case. If anything the pictures don't capture the the overall ambience of the property. Everything about our stay was first-rate from our initial contact with Charles, through check-in, our stay and finally, sadly, checkout. The property concierge, Regina, was the best! From her warm welcome, answering our questions and giving honest recommendations to a final private note we shared after our departure. It had been 9 years since we lat visited Provo and to say the island had changed, is an understatement. Grace Bay has been overdeveloped to the extent that oceanfront properties with clear views have diminished. Fortuantely the Grandview at Grace Bay is a small 18-unit property with direct access to the beach and outstanding views. The unit we stayed at was at ground level and had the benefit of direct pool access as well as beach access.. We would stay here again in a heart beat and look forward to our next visit!
