Our 1, 570 sq. ft condo at Northwest Point Condominium Resort is perfect for couples, families or friends, looking for a fun and beautiful vacation away from the hustle and bustle.

Completely renovated with new flooring throughout the apartment, modern bathrooms including tiled walls & rain head showers and new furniture.

The condo is conveniently located steps away from the pool and gorgeous beach. It is on the 1st floor, so no need to worry about carrying luggage up the stairs. In an open floor design, there is a large living room, dining area and recently updated kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new appliances, Nespresso Vertuo machine, and all the dishes and utensils needed for home cooking. The large patio, accessible from 2 bedrooms and the living room, has a beautiful view of the dazzling ocean. It is a quiet and lovely spot to enjoy meals and view the acres of tropical vegetation & birds & spectacular sunrises.

The condo includes 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds while the master has a new King size bed. The beds sleep 6 adults and you can also sleep 2 kids / 1 adult comfortably on the sofa bed in the living room.

We provide all linen, bath and beach towels. There are also 4 beach chairs, 4 sets of snorkels, a beach umbrella and cooler to use and enjoy on your beach excursions. The condo's washer/dryer will come in handy after a day at the beach and enable you to pack less clothes than usual.
Board games, 2 TVs with Cable channels, an Xbox and high speed internet will provide entertainment when you unwind indoors. Centralized AC keeps the apartment refreshingly cool at a range of 72 - 84 degrees. Guests can adjust 2 zones from smart Nest thermostats.

The resort is located adjacent to a nature reserve , with beautiful and natural white sandy beach with some turtle grass. You can walk for miles in either direction, watching birds & sea turtles, collecting sea shells and snorkeling.
The resort is usually very quiet and has a wonderful pool and hot tub. There are loungers/ chairs and umbrellas around the pool & hot tub, and loungers/chairs and palapas at the beach and as you will often be the only people on the beach and at the pool, you will be able to truly relax and enjoy this oasis.
There is a communal BBQ for guests to use anytime and kayaks are also available for use at no extra fees.
The resort is gated, with a security guard walking the grounds during the night. As an extra measure of safety, we also have a camera mounted by the front door to our apartment.

A car is highly recommended on the island and necessary if you are staying at Northwest Point Resort, as the resort is located 15 -20 minutes (drive) away from PLS airport, at a secluded and peaceful spot at the northern end of the island. The last 10 minutes of the drive to the resort are on a well maintained gravel road which makes needing a car essential.
We are 20 minutes from famous Grace Bay where you find world renowned beaches, delicious restaurants and shops. Grocery stores are 15 minutes away.
