'I gave this hotel a 3 star because although the staff was very friendly and helpful, unfortunately it was not up to my standards and I had to depart after 1 day. There was no hot water in the room but they did fix the issue the next day once I was already preparing to leave. The room was extremely hot although the ac unit was cold, the placement of the ac is not good for cooling the room because the beds are behind the wall where it is placed and I went over the summer when it was extremely hot....

'The service was amazing. The employees treat you like family. Special shout out to Omar, Roger, Venessa and William. We will be coming back for sure. The food was delicious and everything we drank was spectacular. Don’t pass on this resort. We stayed 7 days and hated to leave.'

'Everything at the front desk, all the guys who help you with your suitcases, restaurants was wonderful
The only thing we did not like was the guys who attended you with towels and chairs at the beach , they were looking at their phones and not pay attention to us , we ended up getting the towels and towels to cover our beach chairs ourselves
For the rest all the staff was wonderful'

'This was perfect, very close to the fish fry. 9/10.The king-size bed was fabulous. The only thing Is the fish wasn't grouper that they advertised in the restaurant. The coconut crusted grouper. was not grouper, as a Bahamas who is well versed in seafood and grouper specifically.'
