I will start by saying the only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because of their sister property Blue Haven. I wish we had stayed there instead. Blue Haven was magnificent - friendly staff- beautiful grounds and amazing food.
I will start by our first night there. Our room was on the ground floor right next to their entertainment. It was so loud that the walls were vibrating. With 2 toddlers it was impossible to get them to sleep. We asked to change rooms to a more quiet part of the property. They were kind enough to show us another room. When we walked into the room there were 2 employees sitting in there in the dark. No explanation was given. The staff member who was showing us the room said he’d make sure room was checked and cleaned before we moved in the following morning. Fast forward- next morning they tell us that room isn’t available. After repeating we were told that room was confirmed they agreed to give us that room. When we walked in with all of our luggage- we found open half empty beverages in our refrigerator. Not only that there were no amenities. No soap- paper towels or sponges in the kitchen. Closets had no hangers. No pillows or blankets for the pull out bed.
I will move onto the food.. It was terrible- hard to find anything we could enjoy. We thought they had several restaurants. They have one outdoor restaurant and they change the name to whatever meal is going to be served. No kids club-no trampoline in water. No toys for kids. DONT GO
