'When I checked in I was given a room number and key card and upon opening my assigned room I was greeted to a man sleeping on the bed. He then woke up and started screaming. Apparently there was a mistake and I was given an occupied room and the card to a room that was occupied. The mistake was made right but that experience was a little disturbing for a solo 19 year old girl traveling late at night. Overall room was not horrible but that experience was not very pleasant and I would not stay at...

'Eventhough we booked through Expedia, a warning about the train horns, and noise at wee hours of the night would help with planning to choose this hotel, coupled with paper thin walls. Breakfast was pretty good. Room size, and double sinks were good.'

'Pretty disappointed with the room. There were two large areas of the carpet still saturated with dog urine and the room smelled. The hotel staff were reluctant to give us another room initially but did finally switch rooms. The bathroom had black hair and powder on the floor from previous occupants. We don’t think we will choose Spark-Hilton again.'
