'Very attractive home-owners worked very hard to make us feel welcome! Everything that we could possibly need was supplied!Thank you for sharing your house with us!'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting the area for a few days. The property was beautiful and clearly well maintained. The quiet setting was much needed after our busy days visiting the local parks. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the future!'

'My family of six stayed the night on our way back to upstate New York from Orlando. Nice place. Everyone was comfortable. Conveniently located 10ish minutes from I-95 and 5ish minutes from I-295. Host was great with communication. Would stay again.'

'The house was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated, roomy and had a huge fenced in yard. It was also adequately private surroundings. I was pleasantly surprised. Our host made us feel very welcome and appreciated.'

'Had to go through a 3rd party to get any info. 3rd party did provide correct # and name and host did respond. Great for the family to attend military ceremony. No coffee available at check in. Dishes put away unclean. Missing pieces to almost each game. Poker table but not a single deck of cards. Closes enough to go get essentials though. Grass did get mowed during our stay. Overall good property.'

'Fix the front door. We should not have to call at midnight to get a workaround because the front door doesn't work.'

'We really enjoyed our stay, Friday - Sunday. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, comfortable and spacious. Street park was easily available and the location is good. Note: as stated in the description, the area is very close to VCU, lots of students living in the area. They were very loud on Friday and Saturday late night into the early morning... bring earplugs, it helps a lot.'

'Really excellent property in a prime spot. High ceilings, full apartment amenities, sweet view of W Broad st. Host was super helpful with some initial check-in issues (that were caused by my inattentiveness) and seems like a generally cool dude. Just watch out for predatory parking enforcement in Richmond! They don't play.'

'It was amazing and a great place to stay for our vacation'

'All was great'

'We had a wonderful stay at this property! Our kids loved the amazing backyard, cozy furniture, and it provided us a great launch pad for a swim meet for our daughter. The kitchen is amazing, way better than other rentals we've stayed in. Cooking and healthy foods are often key to our stays, and this place delivered!'

'We had a wonderful stay! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to toiletries. The host was also very accommodating and responsive. We had a few questions during our stay, and the host responded promptly and helpfully. The house itself was spacious and clean, with plenty of room. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped.'

'We enjoyed our stay at Anthony’s place. It was clean and comfortable. Communication with Anthony was excellent and a small issue upon check in was remedied immediately. Location was convenient and easily accessible. The only note I have is that the bed situation could be easily improved. Especially if advertising that the home sleeps five.'
