He even did random check-ins with us via text to see if we were enjoying ourselves and needed anything while we were in Napoli. '‘Remote’ check-in was a first but was seamless and excellently handled, way easier than I anticipated and would actually recommend it everywhere. Property is a short walk from the station and easily accessible to the rest of the city. Breakfast was delicious at the friendly place next door.'
