'The view is gorgeous but the half mile trek uphill was undersold. They warn you that it’s a little trek but it is a steep incline )17-18 flights) to the center of town. We ate at the hotel restaurant one evening due to the distance back/forth and got food poisoning from the seafood. Two days of our trip was spent stuck in the room. The charge to transport your luggage is ridiculous but necessary with the hotel being so far. Concierge did give good advice on ferry tickets.'

'The owner Valentina is an angel. She incredibly kind and helpful. She also cooks an amazing breakfast spread every morning. The place is quaint and charming, and the location is great. 20 min walk to town, and a 5 min walk to a restaurant with amazing views. Highly highly highly recommend. Thank you Valentina!!!!!!'

'Would stay here again. Amazing hotel with all new amenities. Had tooth brushes and razor free for guest use, not something I’ve seen at any of our other hotels. Also a Dyson hairdryer! Only flaw I would mention it is in a pretty rough area and it is one out of many buildings in that area. We were actually unsure if it was the right place when we arrived and walked around the building before finding the entrance. We then had to buzz in. We would have loved it if someone came down to greet us to...

'Lovely garden, charming building, friendly staff, big bathtub with a view, great breakfast, elevator and help with our luggage— everything you could want. We actually stayed twice. Once after landing at Naples airport, saw the museums in Naples before heading to Amalfi and then the night before departure. They arranged transport for half price of the taxis. Wish I had used their service for it all but then I found out and it was great. The car arrived on time and got us to the airport easily....
