  • Bienvenue à Hale Lani, 4 chambres 3 salles de bain maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Une construction plus récente avec des plafonds voûtés, un plan d'étage à concept ouvert, une grande cuisine, des appareils électroménagers mis à jour, une décoration moderne et des fenêtres du sol au plafond apportent de la lumière naturelle et offrent un cadre spectaculaire. Hale Lani offre une vue imprenable sur la montagne sur la ceinture verte de Princeville, observez les oies Nene et d'autres animaux sauvages tout en vous prélassant dans le salon spacieux.

    Assez grand pour deux familles de quatre, couples ou retraite de golf avec plus de place. La climatisation est offerte dans toute la maison, ce qui est une option intéressante et rare à Kauai. Il y a aussi un garage pour 2 voitures avec ouvre-porte à la disposition de nos clients. Quartier calme, à quelques pas des boutiques et des restaurants du Princeville Centre, du parc Prince Albert et de la bibliothèque de Princeville. 10 minutes en voiture de la baie de Hanalei et de la plage d'Anini pour la plongée en apnée, le surf, la natation et le farniente. This was a nice spot with lots of room for all of us! It was close to the vendor markets and in walking distance of the turtle caves! Loved the nice area!

Stunning location

We were visiting to velebrate my oarents 50th anniversary. We absolutely loved the house, the view, the neighborhood and the neighbor was so sweet and helpful. We miss the views already!!!! It was perfect with rainbows almost daily!!

spring break stay

8 adults, and 1 infant stayed at the house and it was perfect. the 2 rooms upstairs have a jack and Jill bathroom. The one room has a huge closet which is where we put the portable crib. I would like to have seen an easier way to get to the back deck than having to go around, or though the master bedroom. the house had all needed small ware, so that was nice as we cooked breakfast most mornings.

The house came with beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toy supplies, which was nice. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly :) It would be helpful to add some amenities like a pack n' play and high chair. We ended up packing our own since the rental options didn't make sense for our length of stay - it would have been nice not to think about it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

Inside of the home was very welcoming; a perfect "home base" for the 2 weeks we stayed. Loved that we were within walking distance of the Princeville shopping Center which houses Tiki Iniki, a killer little Mexican place and a sweet Thai/Chinese place, in addition to B's Sandwich Isle and Foodland. Best location I could have imagined!!! Plus beautiful views all the way from the airport to the house!!! We will be back to Kauai, and we will be hoping to stay at this property again!!! Maholo!

Reviewer Comments: We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property in Princeville and have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. From the moment you walk in and see the lush golf course out the wall of windows we were hooked. We were in town for a family event and we had 8 adults in our group. There was plenty of room for all of us and we even cooked dinner one night for the whole family (16) and their were plenty of dishes etc. to accommodate us all. The location is perfect. It was easy to get in and out of Princeville and just a few minutes drive to Hanalei. We also enjoyed walking up to Princeville Center for coffee in the morning or the Tiki Iniki in the evening. We were also greeted each morning with a beautiful end to end rainbow out the back porch! We would 100% stay here again.Side Note: At our family event a woman came up to us and introduced herself, she lived next door to the house. She offered to let us use her pool! How neighborly is that!

Great Homebase for Group Vacation

Our group of 7 had an excellent stay in this property. Arrival instructions were clear and easy. The place was clean and as expected. There were enough beds and plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and the large living area/kitchen made for great time spent together. The location is great for north shore activities. We enjoyed spending time in Hanalei and hiking the Na Pali coast via shuttle access. However, if you're looking to do mostly south island activities, you may want to consider a place further south. Driving time to head south was usually around 30 to 50 minutes one way and up to 2 hours when going to Waimea Canyon. Amenities were great and included some beach items. Close proximity to the Princeville shopping center makes it easy to stock up on groceries and other items. Our group ended up extending our stay another 3 nights, and the property managers made this very easy for us. Overall, this property was clean and spacious with close proximity to north shore activities. This is a great place for a group that is looking to adventure during the day and then hang out together back home at night.

Perfect vacation rental. I loved the view and the air flow. We were very comfortable.

Great vacation rental and we appreciated that it included air conditioning in every room. We took a short drive to a beautiful beach and enjoyed local restaurants. I am very pleased with this vacation rental home.
