The upstairs also has cold air-conditioning for those rare, late summer days without trade winds.

The spacious, primary bedroom suite is also on the top floor and features a California king-sized bed, a separate sitting area with small library, and a private, covered lanai. There is an exquisite en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, two separate rain showers, a jetted soaking tub and large, walk-in closet.

The entry level of the home features another expansive living room that opens to a covered lanai with plenty of seating.
