« It was fine for what we needed, a room to sleep in after a concert at Anfield and before our early morning train. We booked the lodge well aware of the neighbourhood and the condition of the property. 25 mins walk from Anfield. To be honest, it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and warm and there was a little welcome tray with biscuits. The only issue was that there were no towels and we had to request them. »

« I stayed here for 4 nights with my partner and a friend, and can honestly say it was perfect. The property manager Ian couldn't have done more to help. Even when we had problems with the appliances he was out within half an hour of us calling. On arrival we were supplied with tea and coffee making facilities as well as a housekeeping pack and vanity kits. The bath robes and slippers were an added bonus and ideal for venturing outside to use the hot tub. The property itself was very modern and...

« Great place to stay for a break, the caravan layout was ideal and the kitchen had all the facilities needed to cook meals etc., Having a shower/toilet and a separate toilet makes this property ideal for families. Cleanliness was of a very good standard and quality bedding provided. The location was quiet but within a few miles of towns and local pubs and eateries if you wanted to go off site. I would stay again. »

« No better place for a relaxing time. Nicely located for a trip into the lakes if required. Extremely clean and Mark very helpful with good communication and doing all he could for us. Only negative it says hot tub which we wrongly assumed would be at the cabin - however I assume he is referring to the jacuzzi in the swimming area and I feel this should be highlighted. The lodge is awesome and communication with Margaret the host is incredible, she responded to every email I sent asking questions about the area and generously offered us an extra night as we had to cancel our other stay due to ill health. « Dramatic style. Needs a shelf in the bathroom. Needs easier to understand controls in larger print. Temp very warm in bathroom, cool in bedroom. 1min to main walking and shopping street, 5 mins walk to train station, very convenient. Imaginative space, lots of room in bathroom. Nice kitchen. The table abd 2 chairs are in a cramped space. Candies aka sweeties are a nice touch. I prefer hard sweeties. Creative use of self-book in. I had to be helped by a neighbour. »
