« This property is really a home from home but with gorgeous seaviews from every room. Immaculately clean and comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen and all surprisingly spacious. The area is great for walks, and cycling. There is a nice cliff walk to Joss Bay a really good beach. Broadstairs town centre is a 30 minute walk away Or a short drive. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. »

« A little dissapointed with the overal state of the decor very tired looking, carpets old and worn paint flaking off in places. Our shower was not working. Though after talking to reception it was fixed. Cleaning of the room and bed making was not good. Breakfast was v,good though service a little infomal!
