« Charming updated two story house in a quiet neighborhood less than 3 minutes to restaurants, shopping, shipwreck tour boat, museums, and more. House was spotless, beds are comfy, couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to explore Alpena and surrounds. Would recommend!! »

« We have family in the Rogers City area and this home was a great central base for us to visit relatives and take advantage of the lake and downtown. The listing was accurate and parking very convenient. The host was very responsive and helped us a great deal during our stay. My elderly aunt and mom are already talking about next year. Our only wish would be for handrails on the porches and possibly in the bathroom, but we know not everyone needs to worry about these issues. »

« Fantastic host who was very responsive and accommodating. Plenty of room for all our family and the optional bunkhouse was a great addition to the property for our large group. The enclosed porch was the perfect place to relax or eat a meal with the beautiful lake view. We had everything we needed including plenty of towels. Memorable trip for my family. Thanks! »

« We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend @ Grand Lake Cozy Cottage. The layout of the home is perfect. The kitchen is at least a 4 person working kitchen so that was great. The additional dining space was a plus. Due to inclement weather, we ended up having a great 'game day/night' at the table. It was enough for 6 people. The levels of decking was a bonus as was the boat house play room. It was nice having a long dock at we brought two fishing boats along with us. You won't regret renting this...
