'When we arrived there was what looked to be sewer or something gross coming out of a pipe at the house next door. The driveway was wet looking so not sure if it was seeping up from that. The house is very old & not deep cleaned. The master bed frame was coming apart, literally had to hand tighten several bolts almost coming out. The toilet in one bathroom is literally about to fall thru the floor. If you step near the toilet the floor squishes. There was laundry left in the dryer & some bedding...
