'An amazing stay at this beautiful boutique property in the heart of Polignano a Mare. Set in a wonderful location, the hotel rooms are characteristic and outstanding in every sense. The rooftop breakfast overlooking the sea was fantastic with lots of local produce. The staff throughout the property were so knowledgeable and helpful. We can’t recommend highly enough. We only wish we could’ve stayed for longer. Thank you so much! '

'The room had mold and mildew growing along the doors and in the bathroom. This is a health concern as I am an asthmatic. Additionally, this is not a Bed and Breakfast in the traditional sense. It is an apartment that is managed offsite (it feels as though one apartment has been remodeled into 3 separate bedrooms with one having a kitchenette). 'When entering the hallway it looked amazing. White marble floors and stylish paintings. Then a 3 step to get to a elevator (i didnt use it cause i used the stair that is aside) Then entering the apartments. It looked clean and stylish. My room, with a queensize boxspring with two stand aside closets, good pressured floating water in the bathroom, a tv (wich doesnt have international channels, but they never do), a bureau with chair, chair and closet. The doors to the balcony have wooden panels...

'We moesten op een andere locatie inchecken en daardoor nog 15 min naar het appartement lopen. Uiteindelijk wel duidelijke uitleg gekregen hoe in te checken. Hotel ziet er verouderd uit en buitenkant van gebouw was niet heel zichtbaar. Midden in het nieuwere stadsdeel. Alles goed op loopafstand te doen! Makkelijk contact te krijgen met personeel. '

'De kamer (uiteraard met airco), het ontbijt (zeer uitgebreid), de ligging (op loopafstand van de oude stad en in 2 minuten naar de boulevard), was bijzonder goed. Met de auto is het moeilijk te bereiken, aangezien het hotel in een smal doodlopend straatje ligt.'

'I loved this place. The room was just fine, but what made the difference was the staff. Everyone, and I mean everyone, from the owner to the person who replaces your toilet paper rolls, was just great. Friendly, dedicated, always smiling and ready to help. The staff at the beach facility were just as wonderful. A truly wo derful experience all around.'

"Het personeel is er steeds super vriendelijk op elke afdeling. Elke dag 6 nieuwe flessen water in onze koelkast. Koffie, thee, fruitsap à volonté 24/24u. Het enige wat we echt spijtig vonden is dat er heel weinig dineropties waren rondom. Het menu in het hotel was ook al wat specialer, dus dat maakte het soms moeilijk om te eten. Je ligt vlak aan de autostrade, waardoor we snel weg waren, mits we een autoreis deden en elke dag weg waren. Maar om telkens de auto opnieuw te nemen om gewoon ergens te gaan eten, hadden we ook geen zin in na urenlang in de auto te zitten al overdag. Ook dat alle restaurants pas om 19u30 open gingen, was soms wat laat voor ons. Maar buiten dat echt een aanrader! (Dit staat eigenlijk ook wat los vh hotel.)"
