'Personeel zeer vriendelijk, mooie nette kamer wordt goed schoongemaakt. Receptie personeel erg behulpzaam. Mooi complex waar ze veel aan onderhoud doen, mooi zwembad en prima ontbijt. Een klein puntje van kritiek, de douche was steeds warm/koud Jammer dat je niet lopend naar het centrum kunt, dit is niet veilig om te doen. Een auto is een must'

'Het hotel lag gunstig ten opzichte van het centrum en dicht bij de ferry. Er was op 50 meter afstand een afgesloten privé parkeerterrein zonder extra kosten. Tijdens ons verblijf viel de wifi op de kamers op zaterdagavond uit en deze zou pas maandag gerepareerd worden, in de lobby was hij wel beschikbaar. De badkamer was klein en er was een soort vouwdouche, wanneer er een douchecabine op die plaats zou zijn, zou je geen gebruik kunnen maken van het toilet. Wellicht was het handiger geweest als...

'Our room had a big problem with the smell of sewage coming on the bathroom at the first night, making it very unpleasant to shower or even to sleep (bedroom right next to bathroom). We contacted reception the next morning and were told dismissively by the owner that someone would check the issue after we went out to the beach. 'We had a very nice stay at Tre Acque. A perfect location and pretty house. It is very well equipped with everything you need. Our daughters ( 18, 21, 24 years) had each enough privacy as the rooms are spread out . The outside cold shower is very nice and convenient. The WiFi is good. The contact with the owner is quick and friendly. In summary a perfect stay on a very nice and beautiful island. I would highly recommend to go to Elba and to Tre Acque '
