This property accommodates up to 8 guests and is ideal for families, groups of friends, or couples seeking a relaxing stay in a quieter, less busy part of the island. The house offers a wide sea view and is just a short distance from the famous natural swimming pools, making it a great base for those who enjoy nature and scenic coastal surroundings.The house includes four bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and four bathrooms: three with showers and one with a toilet. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and essential cooking utensils. A washing machine and hairdryer are available, along with a smart TV with a box in the living room.Outside, there is public street parking nearby. While there are transport connections to Porto Moniz, exploring the island is often more convenient with a car, especially in this region. The house does not have an elevator or private parking.A baby cot and high chair are provided for guests traveling with children. All bed linen and bath towels are included. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 05:00 the next morning. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts: - 2EUR per night; - This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old. - This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall. We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
