'The check-in process was smooth, the owners were friendly, and the location with convenient parking was ideal. The unit was clean and modern, and the additional bedroom and bathroom were a great bonus. However, significant condensation in the solarium caused a strong mould odour, along with visible damage to the wood flooring. This made the space unusable and negatively impacted our overall experience.'

'Positives: location is 1min from metro, 15 mins easy walk from centre, in a local non-touristy neighbourhood. Bed linen and towels clean. Beds comfortable. Negatives: poor communication from host on several issues outlined below. Mould on bedroom curtains. Apartment stunk of damp. Problems: - it took 20 mins to check in because of a fault with the door code. For half of this time the host didnt communicate what they were doing to resolve the problem so we had no idea how long it would take....
