This delightful 180 m², 3-bedroom house offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city.

The house's unique layout ensures a convenient and enjoyable experience. On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen includes essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, oven, and microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the property also features a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet all your laundry needs.

The first floor comprises one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bathroom, and a spacious living room. The living area has a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table.

The second floor hosts two bedrooms: one with two single beds and another with a bunk bed. These rooms share a sunroom, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views of the neighbourhood.

The third floor boasts a lovely terrace, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drinks while taking in the scenery.

All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens and ample storage space.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.

Additionally, the property offers the convenience of complimentary street parking, making it easy for guests with their vehicles to explore the city and surrounding areas.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Afurada is a charming fishing village in Vila Nova de Gaia, just across the Douro River from Porto. Known for its strong fishing traditions, you can often see fishermen at work and enjoy local specialities like grilled sardines and octopus. The village hosts several festivals, including the Feast of São Pedro. Afurada’s marina offers beautiful waterfront walks and is ideal for boating, hiking, and cycling. The bustling Mercado da Afurada is famous for its fresh, high-quality seafood and local produce, adding to the village's charm and authenticity.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
