The Cottage at River Run!

Welcome to the Cottage at River Run! Your private oasis nestled on 1.8 acres backing the Tualatin River.
This cottage comfortably sleeps eight with an upper loft area with a full bed and two twin beds and views of the river! The lower level has a private deck, kitchen, 3/4 bath, queen Murphy bed and full sofa bed.
The space
This cottage boasts a private boat dock shared only with the property owners. Miles of trails that lead to and around Cook Park which offers 79 acres of outdoor area - the areas largest park! You are no more than a 5-20 min drive, or Uber ride to the bustling Bridgeport Village shopping center, Downtown Portland, Downtown Lake Oswego, or many of the areas finest local vineyards in Yamhill County.

You will have access to the entire property which includes 1.4 acres of waterfront. Peaceful and private. Staying here is like staying at a resort!

We simply love this rental spot. The cottage is well appointed and the area is quiet with gorgeous natural surroundings. Parking is also easy. The icing on the cake, it is only 10 minutes to where we visit my brother and his family for Thanksgiving.

We loved this little cottage. It was wonderful inside and out. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well laid out. The grounds were incredible; beautiful and leading down to a dock on the river. A fish pond with waterfalls coming into it. This is in my top 2 of best places I have stayed. I can’t rave enough about it.

Beautiful and relaxing cottage!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming VRBO! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The landscaping was absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed and so peaceful, it felt like our own private retreat. Cute unit w/wonderful bird sounds

It was a nice place to stay for just me. I had a problem with ants on the 2nd night after running the shower water, but luckily there were ant traps on hand. The view is nice from the patio. I would recommend having an umbrella for guests to borrow and a new set of pans. The medium sauce pan is missing and the pans definitely seem like they have been used a lot. Maybe a few ceramic plates. Plastic doesn't always do well in the microwave. It was a great location for the places I wanted to visit & I loved listening to the birds outside while drinking my morning coffee.

Cute cottage

Loved staying at this cute and peaceful cottage. Very quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect place to unwind and rest after a day of seeing sites and hiking. Everything you need is available there and the owner was very welcoming. The property is beautiful and the dock was so nice to sit and drink coffee in the morning by the river.

Peaceful & So Comfortable

This was our second stay at the cottage over the Thanksgiving weekend and it did not disappoint. It was wonderful. The hosts are so nice. The property is warm, welcoming, and everything we need and want in a vacation rental. The cottage is appointed nicely and so comfortable. The grounds are very well kept. so much so, we are hoping to be able to book another stay during the spring/summer so we get a chance to experience the property during a different season.
