Designer Owned House on Vibrant Williams Avenue near Mississippi

After rebranding, styling and directing photo shoots for Rejuvenation Lighting and House Parts, finally being able to turn our attention to our own place was like playing. Joyfully styled bedrooms include queen, queen-sized sleeper in living room, and twin hide-a-bed in the study (that can be made into a queen). The kitchen is fully appointed with All-Clad, gas range, Cuisinart, blender and microwave. And, should you decide you don't feel like walking across the street for a cappuccino, we have both drip and Italian Biglietto coffeemakers. Then sip on the back deck in a quiet backyard. We love the art we have collected over the years and left much of it in the house for you to enjoy during your stay.

NEW CLEANING PROTOCOLS:
We are committed to the health and safety of you and your family. Toward that end, we share our cleaning protocols for your review. They were prepared by the Center for Disease Control.

When you arrive, you will find a check-list filled out by our cleaning team and reviewed by us. Please let us know if you see anything out of order. We will address it immediately.

There is a 52' HDTV, Wifi, Broadband, and Aperion home theater system.

Our house is registered with the City of Portland as an Accessory Short-Term Rental.

Our ASTR Permit number is 15-185134-000-00-HO.

Very cute house, easy street parking. Neighborhood is cute, wishing tree next door, bakery across the street, etc. We were vending at the convention center so we didn't have time to explore unfortunately. Easy commute to and from the convention center. Master bedroom is the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. Huge closet. Lots of great books and board games.The one bathtub/shower isn't the most convenient, but we made it work.Living room could use more seating. There were 5 of us, but really only seating for 4.Spacious kitchen with tons of dishes, pots, pans, etc.The AC was fantastic downstairs, unfortunately 2 of the bedrooms were upstairs and it was miserably hot. (itwas 90 outside)We would stay again when it is cooler outside!

Charming Craftsman

My husband and I come to PDX (almost) every Memorial Day weekend from Seattle to brewery hop. This year we brought 3 friends along, so we wanted a house for all of us. We got into town a little early and were still able to get into the property and unload our things before we headed out for the day. There is no designated parking, but there was lots of street parking available a block away. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. They even had fans available which was great, because it is a little warm on the top floor. Dressers and closets available for things.The downstairs "room" didnt feel like a room, because it didn't actually have a bed, it had a couch/chaise. Luckily, there were sheets and bedding available to make it a functional room. My friend said it was very comfortable, so it worked. We didn't cook or eat at the property, but the kitchen was well appointed with anything you would need. We all enjoyed the back patio and the eat in kitchen (where we sat and played cards). If we come as a group again, we will definitely stay here! It was clean, comfortable & charming!

My husband and I came to Portland to visit our son. The house was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was great! Good restaurants, grocery store, yoga studio and fantastic bakery right across the street! A very fun time.

The house was just as described—and in a terrific location where you can walk to terrific food places, including a fabulous bakery across the street. The kitchen is incredibly well supplied with everything you will need. And we never had trouble finding street parking right in front of the house. Since my daughter has moved to Portland, we plan to rent again! Thank you!

Great House Great Location

This is house is so nice. I loved the décor, the books, the bed, the neighborhood. It should be noted the parking on the street in front of this home is 2 hours only 24 hours a day. When we first arrived on a Tuesday around 4PM we had to park three blocks away. The second time we had to park 1 block away mid day. Rest of time we decided to take Ubers. Maybe not great for some people. I think this is a house that at one time was easy to find parking, but now with so many great places close by it's difficult. Once you get used to that, it's perfect.

What a wonderful home to spend the weekend in! Our family stayed there for a basketball tournament so we were busy most of the time, but the house was a welcome reprieve during the busy days. It is beautiful, welcoming, and full of character. Plenty of space for all seven of us. Don & Nicole were easy to get in touch with and checked on us throughout our visit. 10 stars would recommend!!

The house said three rooms sleeps 8 but had two rooms each with a queen and smaller room looked like a library with a little couch. We had to have people sleep on the floor. And in living room a futon. Parking was horrible to find.
