The Space:

The private apartment has one queen bedroom, a living room with large street-facing windows, a full kitchen and dining area, and a bathroom with a clawfoot tub/shower. The second sleeping surface is a pullout/trundle beneath the living-room sofa; using it requires moving the sofa and extending the bed. Request it before arrival so the team can inspect it and physically stage fresh linens, towels, and a blanket.



Cadet wall heaters provide heat. There is no air conditioning. The LG television uses a TV remote for power/input and a smaller Roku remote for Roku navigation. Guests use their own streaming accounts. Wi-Fi is provided without a speed or uninterrupted-service guarantee.



Guest Access:

The apartment is private; the exterior entrance, interior hall, and stairs are shared. About 10 exterior stairs lead to the gold front door, and Unit 3 is upstairs on the right. There is no elevator. Entry uses the shared static keypad and a physical key from the Unit 3 mechanical lockbox; current credentials are provided only through the secure guest portal or current check-in message.



There is no private or reserved parking. Use legal public curb parking and follow every posted sign. There is no in-unit washer or dryer, and shared laundry is not currently offered pending documented repair and reinspection after a reported leak.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is in Portland's Buckman neighborhood near the Belmont, Hawthorne, and Division corridors. Businesses and hours change, so use a current map for destinations.



Getting Around:

Walking, biking, public transit, rideshare, and driving are options. Use current navigation or TriMet information for routes and times. Public curb parking is unreserved and controlled by the exact signs where the vehicle is parked.



Other Things to Note:

About 10 exterior stairs plus interior stairs lead to this upstairs apartment; there is no elevator. Unit 3 is street-facing in an older shared building, so city traffic and neighboring-unit sound may be audible. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.



Interaction with Guests:

Message the team through the booking channel for help. Clearly state if you are locked out, a key is missing, a lockbox will not open, or another safety or access issue is active so it can be escalated.
