The Space:

Tastefully furnished in true Portland fashion, this apartment boasts a unique charm, retaining many original features and woodwork from its century-old building.



The cozy living room offers a comfy couch perfect for kicking back and relaxing. On rainy days, you can cuddle up and watch movies on the flat-screen TV, with shared Wi-Fi and the option to use your own streaming accounts.



For those nights when you prefer to dine in, the kitchen has a stove, oven and cookware for preparing meals. The dining room table is perfect for hosting your group, and with a Whole Foods just a few blocks away, you’ll have easy access to fresh ingredients.



After a day of exploring, shopping, and dining, you’ll love coming home to the super comfy queen-size beds in each bedroom. Each bedroom has its own A/C unit, with backup wall heaters provided.



For added convenience, the apartment includes its own washer and dryer, making it easy to keep up with laundry during your stay.

The Neighborhood:

You're right off NE 28th Avenue - one of Portland's best restaurant rows - with Laurelhurst Park and its tree-lined residential streets just a few blocks south. It's a neighborhood where you can walk to a James Beard-worthy dinner, grab world-class tortas, and enjoy a neighborhood full of local favorites.



Laurelhurst Market is the anchor - a steakhouse and in-house butcher shop that's been a longtime Portland favorite since 2009. Go for dinner (the butcher-cut steaks are outstanding) or stop by the counter during the day for sandwiches and charcuterie. Güero is our favorite torta spot in the city - it's a favorite for a relaxed lunch or dinner. Montelupo is a proper Italian market and restaurant with a market full of Italian provisions.



For a casual night, Big's Chicken does Alabama-style fried chicken from the same team behind Laurelhurst Market - the smoked chicken is a favorite. Crema Coffee + Bakery is a short walk for morning coffee and some of the best house-baked pastries in Portland.

Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — Laurelhurst is one of NE Portland's most walkable neighborhoods. A few blocks to NE 28th Avenue for restaurants, cafes, and shops, with Laurelhurst Park a short walk south.



🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 19 (Glisan/Canyon Rd) runs right past the property along NE Glisan, with connections to downtown and across the city.



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share is another option; use the app for pickup locations. Portland has a network of bike lanes.



🚗 Driving — Free street parking is available where permitted; follow posted signs and allow for open spaces. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is another option.



✈️ Airport — PDX is reachable by car.

Street noise and sound from neighboring apartments may be audible during your stay. The apartment has sloped attic ceilings and exterior stairs.

We welcome pets! Our cleaning team cleans between stays, though we can't guarantee 100% dander-free for allergy-sensitive guests

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
