The Space:

While right in the mix of things, the apartment is tucked away in a quieter part of the neighborhood, offering peace and privacy to recharge after a long day of hiking or BrewCycling (yes, it’s a thing). With an ultra-comfy queen-size bed, this space is perfect for a couple or solo traveler looking for an affordable home base to explore The Rose City.



Modern amenities like super-fast WiFi, new furniture, and a 46” LED flat-screen TV make this apartment feel like home. If you prefer staying in to eat, the compact kitchen is equipped with all the cooking essentials, and there’s a Whole Foods right next door for convenient grocery shopping. Start your mornings with a Keurig coffee maker or visit one of the many local coffee shops nearby for a specialty latte.

The Neighborhood:

You're right off NE 28th Avenue - one of Portland's best restaurant rows - with Laurelhurst Park and its tree-lined residential streets just a few blocks south. It's a neighborhood where you can walk to a James Beard-worthy dinner, grab world-class tortas, and still be home in five minutes.



Laurelhurst Market is the anchor - a steakhouse and in-house butcher shop that's been a longtime Portland favorite since 2009. Go for dinner (the butcher-cut steaks are outstanding) or stop by the counter during the day for house-cured sandwiches and charcuterie. Güero is our favorite torta spot in the city - the carnitas torta and their hamburguesa were recently featured in Portland Monthly as one of the city's best burgers. Montelupo is a proper Italian market and restaurant with housemade pasta, an espresso bar, and a market stocked with imported provisions.



For a casual night, Big's Chicken does Alabama-style fried chicken from the same team behind Laurelhurst Market - the smoked whole bird and mac & cheese are legit. Crema Coffee + Bakery is a short walk for morning coffee and some of the best house-baked pastries in Portland.

🚶 Walking — Laurelhurst is one of NE Portland's most walkable neighborhoods. A few blocks to NE 28th Avenue for restaurants, cafes, and shops, with Laurelhurst Park a short walk south.



🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 19 (Woodstock/Glisan) runs right past the property along NE Glisan, with connections to downtown and across the city.



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe.



🚗 Driving — Free street parking is widely available. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.



✈️ Airport — PDX is about 15 minutes by car.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
