'Please beware this place has a bug infestation and it’s so hard to get in and communicate with the people for the code. We couldn’t even stay because it was inhabitable. I reached out directly and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Please save your time and money! my family had to look for another place around three in the morning. Such a hassle'

'Absolutely love this property. We stayed the month close to Tamarindo, had a gym near by called, Hutch gym easy to get to highly recommend. Great location to be close enough to the action. '

'Beautiful property, loved the private outside sitting area and the beaches! Our favorite beach was the 2minute walk from property, bigger, calm waters, saw 2 devil rays in the surf. Host was very friendly and helpful. No restaurant on property but does have full kitchen.Note: beach in front of hotel is not private and gets busy, loud at times with ATV tours. 'We weren't prepared for how remote this property is and the extended rainy season made it even more so with very poor road conditions. Be sure to stock up on EVERYTHING you'll need before going up there as a trip to any store or restaurant will be lengthy. We had to leave after staying only one of our two nights as we just didn't have enough food. There is a restaurant on the property which would have been a complete game changer but it wasn't open during our visit in mid-November. The times...

'Sol and Juan were absolutely fantastic, answered all of our questions, were very eager to help and gave us great restaurant and local recommendations! They were super friendly and helped make our stay easy. It could use a bit of extra cleaning in the bathroom and kitchen. However, the bed was super comfy and the AC worked great! Overall, it was good value for the cost and easy to get into town. We also rented a golf cart and they let us charge it over night. '
