« The property is really nice. Unfortunately as soon as you enter the settee and carpet are stained. There are also marks all over the walls. The kettle was also dirty. I emailed about this and didn't get a response. I emailed again and they said someone would swap the kettle but they did this while we were out which I don't appreciate as I specifically told them not to enter when we weren't there. « Photos don't do it justice - so much space! Stayed for four nights with my Dad and brother, we are all 6 foot + and I was a bit concerned it would be pokey. Not at all, the opposite. Terrace was lovely, great to watch the birds, rabbits and hedgehogs. Imagine that in summer it would be a proper little suntrap! "Probably this hôtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. At the front desk and for the breakfast we had a wonderful experience, the people where super friendly and helpful. We had a very nice price so it's a good value deal. Would recommend."
